Course Overview

This course provides a complete and focused preparation for CSEC Integrated Science, combining Biology, Chemistry and Physics concepts into one streamlined programme.

Students will develop:

WEEK 1 – LIFE SYSTEMS (BIOLOGY FOCUS)

WEEK 2 – MATTER & CHEMISTRY BASICS

Students understand matter, reactions and chemical changes.

– States of matter and changes

– Mixtures and separation techniques

– Atoms, elements and compounds

– Acids, bases and simple reactions

WEEK 3 – ENERGY, FORCES & PHYSICS

Overview

Students explore physical principles and energy systems.

– Forms of energy and energy transfer

– Forces and motion

– Heat and temperature

– Electricity and simple circuits

WEEK 4 – ENVIRONMENT & EXAM PREPARATION

Overview

Students connect science to real-world issues and prepare for exams.

– Ecosystems and food chains

– Pollution and environmental protection

– Use of science in everyday life

– Exam practice (Paper 1 & Paper 2 techniques)
