WEEK 1 – INTRODUCTION & HUMAN BODY
Overview Students build a foundation in Physical Education concepts and human anatomy.

WEEK 2 – FITNESS & PERFORMANCE
Overview Students explore fitness components and training methods.

WEEK 3 – HEALTH, NUTRITION & INJURIES
Overview
Students learn about healthy lifestyles and injury management.
– Nutrients and balanced diet
– Meal planning
– Sports injuries and prevention
– Treatment of injuries (RICE)
WEEK 4 – SPORTS PERFORMANCE & EXAM PREPARATION
Overview
Students apply knowledge to sport and prepare for exams.
– Rules of selected sports
– Skills and tactics
– SBA guidance
– Exam practice (Paper 1 + Practical)
